The first production run of 2000 units has now been completed, 200 of which are now in the UK. They are currently undergoing final assembly, with the circuit boards having been manufactured in the West Midlands.
A number of these units will then undergo rigorous “bench testing”. The remainder will be tested practically, by many of the riders who have assisted in the research and development process to date. This will enable us to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of all component parts, together with their robustness and functionality.
The remaining 1800 units will be sea freighted to the UK, and by the time that they arrive we will have a good indication as to whether or not any alterations need to be made.
